Well I am a big charmer fan so I go to tournament near my house and enter there with a charmer deck. My monsters include:

>1 Eria the Water Charmer
>1 Hitta the Fire Charmer
>1 Aussa the Earth Charmer
>1 Wynn the Wind Charmer
>1 Dharc the Dark Charmer
Traps:
>1 Ordeal of a Traveler
>1 Compulsory Evacuation Device
>1 Dimensional Prison
>1 Mirror Wall
>1 Windstorm of Etaqua
>1 Magic Cylinder
>1 Miniaturize
>1 Spellbinding Circle
>1 Negate Attack
>1 Trap Stun
>1 Rivalry of Warlords
>1 Hidden Book of Spell
Magics:
>2 Scroll of Bewitchment
>2 Book of Taiyou
>1 Heavy Storm
>1 Malevolent Nuzzler
>1 Riryoku
>1 Solidarity
>1 Swords of Revealing Light
>1 Pot of Avarice
>1 Burden of the Mghty
This deck has won me many duels at the tournament and I just love my deck but I want to know how you think about it?

Hmm... IMO this deck is pretty dangerous with all of those magics and traps. Judging from your magic, monster and traps, this is a beatdown deck. But why windstorm of etaqua? Why didn't you used book of eclipse? Maybe your enemy would draw more cards but you got another effect for charmers. Book of moon is very good too.

Hmm... if you say so...

Maybe magician's circle would do the trick.

Miniaturize is interesting here.
It can be activated in damage step, and opponent's monster lose 1000 ATK as long as it's on the field.

Maybe you should change some minus cards to the better one. For example, Hidden Book of Spell. It's a trap and can only be activated in your turn (in other word, slow), plus it's a -1. Maybe you can put Roar instead. And for Riryoku, Shrink is better.
For Malevolent Nuzzler, it's better if you put Mage Power instead, because you have some Continuous Traps.

If you want to put Magician's Circle, it's better if you put 2 more Solidarity. Otherwise, it's a troublesome while dueling against a Spellcaster deck, because Familiar-Possessed only have 1850 ATK, while the Spellcaster deck can bring Magical Marionette, Disenchanter, Skilled Dark Magician, etc via Magician's Circle.

Well I think you prove points to but this is what I think is best. For example if the opponent uses heavy storm malevolent nuzzler can be put on the top of my deck by just paying 500 lifepoints. If im out of scrolls and books that is what the hidden book is for, Riryoku gives my monster power and drains opponents of their monsters power so thats good for me and finally 1 solidarity is good enough.

If you want to return these cards to your deck, use The Transmigration Prophecy instead. It's a good card, since it can be activated in opponent's turn, and can return any cards from the graveyard to their owner's Deck.
It can stop Stardust Dragon or Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode to be Special Summoned again from the Graveyard. If your opponent targets a card in Graveyard, you can chain this card, and make the target returned to it's owner's deck.
