The new exceeds have not really been widely used in the TCG yet, but I've seen the power of them. I don't know if I'll have to add more things to my extra deck, so I'm wondering whether Exceeds are worth putting in decks. I'll probably make a deck depending on the results of this poll.

Synchro is broken D: and you need a motorcycle to play it. If you have Synchro things like fusion and rituals get obsolet.

Me personally, I SO prefer Synchro's, I highly doubt I'll EVER use a Exceed/Xyz monster really, even if it can help my Tempest Deck, I just don't like them >_>.

Both. They have their own Function and Playstyle, and can support each other anyway...

I think that it really depends on your play style. My brother recently purchased the "YS11" Xceed deck, and after a number of duels against my more traditional deck, I can tell that they are meant to be readily summoned and disposed of. The Xceed cards (Number 39: Utopia, Genosaurus, and Gachi Gachi Gentatsu) have easy to pin-point weaknesses. They do, however, cause many problems when together, so I suppose that they're good for blitzing an opponent and catching them off guard.
By contrast, Synchro monsters are generally stronger and have more benefits at the cost of being harder to summon. (Like a level 3 and a 4 tuner just to have my Ancient Fairy Dragon out. CMON). They have more going for them in the long run wheras Xceed cards simply die off.

I have to say Rituals are my favourite too. I have fond memories of a Yugi thed deck that beat people down with a first turn Magician of Black Chaos, and more recent fod memories of Demise OTK.
(Not to mention Norttwemko XD)

In terms of Xyz and Synchros, however, Synchros come out on top for me. Synchros were game breaking cards, that completely changed the face of Yu-gi-oh.... And the Xyz... Well, I kinda see them as watered down Synchros, that bear even more similarity to Synchros than Synchros did to fusions.

I would have to go with synchros too...Just because i love spamming them out on people with my karakuri deck XP

Nah. I vote for synchro. As far as I can remember, it's rare to find a synchro with negative effects. The only problem for them is they need tuner.

Oh, and I just remembered. Another problem with Xceed monsters is that once they're killed off, they're as good as useless, since they aren't revived with XYZ material.
