I saw Skyblade's diary/blog topic, and I thought that a section designated for blogs "http://charmer-yugioh.vampire-legend.net/blog" might be an interesting idea. I'm not sure if this forum can support such software, but I know IP2 board can.

I'm not sure, I think the blogs might take space, so I guess the Other Topics area fits well. Not that it isn't a bad idea. I know many sites with that.

I was thinking about a blog software that's included in some forums. Not an actual section. Like, another link between Index and Calender that would lead to another part of the site.

Hmmm, but IMO it is better if things are centralized, too much separation may complicate things.
