Yup. The band's name is Scandal. And this band reminds me of Houkago Tea Time from K-On! Series. Except there's no one playing keyboard and IMO they have more spirits. What surprises me is, they even sang one of K-On soundtrack : don't say lazy. 8D

Personally, the only reason why I don't like Scandal's version of Don't Say "Lazy" is because they don't have the keyboard... ^^;;a
