This new monster is summoned by a synchro turner!
His effect is overwhelming

Effect:1 Synchro Tuner Monster + "Stardust Dragon"
This card can be Synchro Summoned during your opponent's turn. Once per turn, you can reveal the top five cards of your Deck. If you do, during this turn's Battle Phase, this card can attack as many of your opponent's monsters as the number of Tuner Monsters revealed among those cards. You can negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s), and destroy that card. Once per turn, you can remove from play this face-up card you control to negate the attack of an opponent's monster. If you negate an attack this way, this card is returned to the field during the End Phase. Effect Unconfirmed
